Our organisation is looking for a dedicated professional to assume the role of Quality Assurance Specialist. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring that all products and services meet the established standards of quality.

  • Develop and implement quality control plans, policies, and procedures

  • Perform regular quality audits to ensure compliance with set quality standards

  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions when necessary

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all processes

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes

  • Train employees on quality control processes and procedures

Requirements:

This position requires the following skills and qualifications:

  • A food science degree or equivalent qualification

  • Previous experience in quality assurance is highly desirable

  • Experience working in a food production environment is essential

  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
