Sales and Marketing Manager Job Summary

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of the Sales, Marketing & Events function as Sales & Marketing Manager, working closely with revenue and senior operations teams.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, presentations, and KPIs.
  • The Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee execution of the commercial plan, targeting growth across corporate, GDS, direct bookings, leisure, C&B, F&B, and PR.
  • Proactively manage new business development, account retention, and sales activity.
  • Run all digital and offline marketing efforts as Sales & Marketing Manager, including website optimization, social media campaigns, and e-zines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or similar role within the hotel sector.
  • Strong digital skills: website, booking engine (Avvio), paid social, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with GDS, RFP processes, and revenue strategy.
  • Advantageous: Opera and Sales & Catering system knowledge.
  • A confident communicator with a strategic mindset and proven results.
