Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that detailed project programmes are drawn up and adhered to, regularly reporting progress status to assist in the effective management of sites.
  • To lead and coordinate the site team, providing overall site management, guidance and support to the team.
  • To develop effective relationships with clients and subcontractors through regular meetings.
  • To work closely with all other team members to ensure that the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety aspects of the work are adhered to during your project phase on site.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction or other industry related qualification.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role (Residential).
  • Excellent numeracy skills and proficient in the use of Outlook and Excel.
  • A valid site card and full driving licence.
