Hotel Operations Manager Job Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance to take on a leadership role in the Front Office Department of a luxurious hotel as Assistant Night Manager.

We are seeking an individual who can deliver high-quality service, lead by example, and foster a positive work environment that meets our guests' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate hotel standards by ensuring LHQA targets are met, and consistently provide excellent care to our guests through personalized service.
  • Conduct thorough audits to guarantee team members adhere to quality assurance standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, promoting the hotel's vision and mission while maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas.
  • Control ambiance settings and report any defective materials or equipment to the relevant departments.
  • Implement new initiatives within agreed timeframes, attend meetings as required, and maintain management presence throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure night porter/cleaners complete their tasks successfully, train team members as needed, and act promptly on guest feedback.
  • Lead by example, set high standards, and drive results to achieve departmental sales goals.
  • Deputize for the Night Manager when necessary, overseeing hotel operations during the night shift and ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Night Manager or similar role is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
  • Familiarity with luxury environments and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
