We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and culinary skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Senior Chef De Partie will assist the Head / Sous Chefs with the overall running of the Kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

  • Assist in implementing a profitable and cost-effective stock management system
  • E nsure the HACCP system is in place and operating successfully
  • Achieve desired Food GP%

The Senior Chef De Partie will also be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive hygiene program, ensuring all kitchen colleagues observe proper hygiene practices and follow established protocols.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the implementation of a profitable and cost-effective stock taking system
  2. Ensure the HACCP system is in place and operating successfully
  3. Ensure all efforts are made to achieve desired Food GP%
  4. Implement and maintain all hygiene, health and safety programs from preparation through to storage
  5. Prepare and present all dishes within area of responsibility to the correct menu specification with regard to quality and quantity
  6. Identify and address any problems with food quality promptly
Requirements:
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of menu planning
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant training
