Highways and Infrastructure Leader

AECOM's Highways and Infrastructure team is seeking a skilled leader to join their growing team. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for the appointment of competent discipline lead engineers for technical delivery, overseeing project planning and development, and providing technical expertise to design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sound client relationships, identifying emerging opportunities and developing strategies to fully exploit them.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure technical content and quality of output produced is in line with the project brief.
  • Support career progression of line reports and manage recruitment.
  • Deputise for key directors in Ireland as required and establish strong working relationships with other internal teams across AECOM's business lines.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree and chartered status along with membership of a professional institution or ability to achieve similar if moving for other jurisdictions.
  • Commercial acumen in relation to the management of opportunities and risks on projects contracts.
