This role involves driving sustainable revenue growth through customer-centric sales strategies and developing strong relationships with key customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Retention - Develop and execute regional strategies to retain revenue with current, new, and at-risk customers.
  • Cross-Selling - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects to identify opportunities for upselling.
  • New Customer Acquisition - Analyse regional markets and competitive landscapes to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking - Leverage data analysis tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, ensure accuracy, and generate reports.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer retention, account management, or a related customer-centric role in the life science industry.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
