Guest Experience Manager

We're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium hospitality setting.

This is a hands-on role that requires great communication, attention to detail and leadership skills. You'll be the face of the restaurant welcoming guests and making sure every experience is personal, warm and seamless from the moment they walk through the door.

As Guest Experience Manager, you'll work closely with the Restaurant Director and FOH leadership team to oversee the full guest journey including reservations, service flow, and the atmosphere across the venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the reception and host team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Be present on the floor to welcome guests and support the team during service
  • Handle bookings through OpenTable and direct enquiries by phone or in person
  • Coordinate booking pacing and special requests to ensure a smooth flow
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and corporate clients
  • Support the creation of a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Drive upselling opportunities for pre- and post-dinner drinks
  • Manage rotas, training, team development and performance reviews
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within premium hospitality
  • Excellent understanding of OpenTable and guest flow management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Guest-focused, welcoming and confident on the floor
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with strong admin and coordination skills
