Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our organization as we embark on an exciting expansion plan, growing our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next decade.

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to fill the role of Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator in our Dublin facility at Dublin Airport.

Duties:
  • Monitor and plan aircraft maintenance forecasting.
  • E nsure schedule maintenance is complete and on time.
  • E nsure that aircraft and tooling are in the correct locations for maintenance.
  • Liaise with the materials department to ensure parts are ready when needed.
  • Assist the Maintenance Controller with fleet management.
  • Maintain engineer's PACS and upload training.
  • Liaise with materials to ensure parts are ready when needed.
Requirements:
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to adapt and react to a fast-changing operational environment.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
  • Ability to obtain a Dublin Airport ID.
