Programme Coordinator (Undergraduate Teaching)

About the Role
  • Lead clinical teaching and assessment activities to ensure high-quality learning outcomes for students.
  • Develop, oversee, and co-ordinate clinical teaching and assessment strategies.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to promote collaborative teaching practices.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of current medical education trends, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in academic environments.

This key role involves coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the undergraduate teaching programme. This includes leading clinical teaching and assessment, as well as contributing to the development of new teaching methodologies. The successful candidate must be a consultant with excellent managerial skills and the drive to promote change in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on clinical teaching and assessment activities.
  • Co-ordinate and lead clinical teaching and assessment teams.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess programme effectiveness.
