Senior Culinary Manager

A superior opportunity to oversee the kitchen at a prominent resort. As Senior Culinary Manager, you will assist the Executive Chef in managing the culinary team, supervise staff, and collaborate with Food & Beverage teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
About the RoleThis position demands exceptional leadership skills to direct a large team of chefs and kitchen staff. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
- Collaborate with senior management to deliver premium dishes from the kitchen.
- Lead and work closely with the culinary and Food & Beverage teams to execute daily operations.
- Direct the kitchen team on a daily basis.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Outstanding leadership abilities to manage a large team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory position within a busy kitchen environment.
- The ability to drive financial growth and achievement of targets.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop colleagues.
