Major Responsibilities:

  • Process dealing transactions through internal systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory and client standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support and guide junior staff in their daily tasks and assist the Team Leader with workflow distribution and resource management.
  • Identify, document, and share new procedures and controls to improve overall performance.
  • Perform complex activities with significant financial, client, or internal impact, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interact with committees and senior management as needed to discuss key issues and decisions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
