
Business Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for process and quality check dealing transactions through internal systems, adhering to regulatory and client standards. They will also provide input for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Major Responsibilities:
- Process dealing transactions through internal systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory and client standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support and guide junior staff in their daily tasks and assist the Team Leader with workflow distribution and resource management.
- Identify, document, and share new procedures and controls to improve overall performance.
- Perform complex activities with significant financial, client, or internal impact, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interact with committees and senior management as needed to discuss key issues and decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Functional and industry knowledge relevant to the role, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive results.
