About the Role
  • Job Description: Provide efficient reception services, including check-in/out and audit procedures, manage phone reservations, handle customer inquiries, deliver excellent service, build guest relationships, and exceed expectations.
  • Key Responsibilities: Address guest issues promptly and effectively, handle cash procedures in line with company policy, perform general office duties to ensure smooth reception operations, and stay updated on room prices and special offers to inform guests accurately.
Requirements and Qualifications
