Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This key role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence in our fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and coach store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Act as second-in-command and fill in for the Store Manager as needed, ensuring seamless leadership and continuity.
  • Support recruitment, hiring, and retention of a diverse and talented store team, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Model positive behaviors, provide constructive feedback, and help team members grow and develop their skills.
  • Assist with daily business activities, including stock control, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high store standards, embodying the brand's values and mission.

Requirements

  • Prior relevant experience at Assistant Store Manager level or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
  • Proven people management skills, including communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration.
  • Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop others.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results.
