Ecological Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ecologist to lead our team in Ireland, managing a diverse range of projects across various sectors. As Regional Director, you will oversee the technical quality of our ecology team, generating opportunities and overseeing delivery and management of ecological deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage workload and oversee technical quality of the Ecology Team in Ireland
  • Generate opportunities, prepare tenders, and oversee delivery and management of ecological deliverables
  • Provide site- and office-based support to develop and mentor junior team members
Requirements
  • Passion for leading a team and supporting ecologists of all grades to develop and progress in their careers
  • Experience across a range of Irish habitats and protected species and hold (or have held) protected species licences
  • Proven record of winning work from commercial clients, particularly in the residential, mixed use, and industrial sectors
