Project Contract Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesThis Contract Management role oversees pre and post contract requirements to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. The successful candidate will work closely with procurement and legal teams to deliver works and services efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage commercial relationships with contractors and consultants to drive project delivery.
- Review draft contracts to ensure they are tailored to project needs.
- Lead contractual negotiations and provide guidance to project managers.
- Certify payments and assess defined costs for contracts.
- Undertake delay damages calculations and establish contract management strategies.
Experience in contract administration, knowledge of NEC contract management, and expertise in the aviation industry are required for this role. The successful candidate will lead a team of contract administrators and collaborate closely with project stakeholders.
