Key Contract Position

Contract Delivery Expert Wanted

Established clients and main contractors are seeking a skilled professional to manage nationwide projects, ensuring smooth delivery through strategic project planning, effective risk management, and close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Manage installation contracts from pre-start to final handover, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and internal departments to achieve project milestones, monitor progress, budgets, and schedules, and implement proactive solutions to address potential risks.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and contract files, providing leadership and direction to on-site teams and subcontractors.
  • Represent the organization in site meetings and technical discussions, negotiating with clients and contractors to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in contracts or site management within the construction industry.
  • Previous experience working for a main contractor is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing project budgets and delivering projects on time.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
