We are seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of our entertainment venue in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic team and make a lasting impact.

About the Role

The General Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving customer satisfaction, and motivating staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily operations to ensure high customer service standards are met
  • Implementing effective customer service strategies
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training new staff to meet Human Resources objectives
  • Meeting financial objectives by forecasting, scheduling, and adjusting labor
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment
  • Delegating projects and assignments to others
  • Demonstrating ownership of all venue operations
  • Building strong relationships with management and staff

To succeed in this role, you will need 6+ years of experience in customer service, 4+ years in a leadership position, and excellent communication skills. Weekend work availability is also required.
