Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Member Service Representative.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional customer support via face-to-face, telephone, and email communication channels.
- To process SEPA payments and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- To maintain accurate member data and ensure seamless record-keeping.
- To participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance service delivery standards.
- To perform teller operations, including cash handling and cheque processing.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Able to apply policies and procedures with confidence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in financial services or call centre environments is desirable.
