Customer Service Specialist Role

The role of Customer Service Specialist is a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional support to our valued clients. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers through efficient and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns;
  • Establish strong rapport with clients to deliver exceptional service experiences;
  • Process customer requests in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Represent our services and brand positively across all interactions;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively promote them to customers;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer queries;
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients;
  • Contribute to process improvements and projects to enhance overall service quality.
Requirements:
  • A third-level qualification in a business-related discipline;
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Persuasive and enthusiastic approach with the ability to build strong relationships with customers;
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • A flexible and team-oriented approach to working.
