Key Role: Customer Service Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supervising and guiding a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training and ongoing support.

Reporting and Data Analysis:
  • Generate reports and analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to management on team performance and key metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
