- High proficiency in English grammar and punctuation
- Professional fluency in other languages is a plus
- Adept at addressing customer concerns with a professional and prompt touch
- Fueled by a passion for helping people find solutions
- Great at problem-solving and thinking critically
- Fluent in multiple languages, including but not limited to French, Italian, Spanish, and Chinese (not required)
