About the Role

As a customer support specialist, you will play a vital role in helping businesses achieve their full potential with our products.

Our platform enables companies to manage HR, IT, and Finance in one place, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

We prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure timely issue resolution, leveraging phone, chat, email functionality, and video conferencing to provide exceptional support.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting customers and resolving issues related to our products, developing strong problem-solving skills and becoming a product expert.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of work experience in a customer/client-facing role, preferably with HR/SaaS/Tech experience.

They should also possess demonstrated experience problem-solving with attention to detail, organisational skills, and experience improving processes.

Additionally, the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing job duties and responsibilities is essential.
