Job Description

This role involves providing top-notch support to our community members and customers in matters related to regulatory compliance. You will be the primary point of contact for escalated cases, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex cases with high levels of service
  • Interacting with customers and community members through various channels, including live chat, social platforms, and phone
  • End-to-end management of cases, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to workflows and management guidelines
  • Developing a deep understanding of regulatory compliance workflows and following them accurately
  • Recognizing case type and severity, escalating when necessary, and resolving customer issues promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in customer service, mediation, social media response, or a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and environments
  • Language proficiency in German and English, with additional languages a plus
