Lead Auditor Position

We are seeking an experienced audit professional to lead audit engagements and manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Review financial statements, disclosures, and other relevant documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations based on audit findings.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff to facilitate their professional development.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness to client needs.
- Collaborate with partners and team members to identify opportunities for cross-selling services to clients.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, such as training programs and business development activities.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 3 years of auditing experience.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, principles, and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior supervisory experience is desirable.
