The appointed specialist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care, maintaining high standards of nursing practice and upholding professional and ethical standards.
Wound management in clinic and domiciliary settings through the application of advanced wound assessment and treatment skills.">Nursing assessments post-hospital discharge or GP referral to ensure continuity of care.">General nursing care for patients with chronic illnesses or disabilities.">Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in the community to achieve optimal patient outcomes.">">Requirements:]

- NMBI registration in good standing.">
- Proven experience in wound care management; previous TVN experience is highly desirable.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Community nursing experience is preferred but not essential.">
