Residential Property Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a senior level Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will have strong commercial and technical acumen, with experience of managing teams and projects in the residential property development sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Visit sites to assess viability and prepare high-level feasibilities and development budgets.
- Conduct viability and cost modelling analyses, and procure project design teams and construction delivery partners.
- Interface closely with external consultants, building effective working relationships.
- Ensure financial viability and lead design team workshops on cost, value management, procurement, contract and affordability advice.
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience, preferably in a senior QS/AD role, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Degree or higher in Quantity Surveying, Chartered (MSCSI/MRICS), and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Work in a forward-looking environment using market-leading platforms and systems.
