Hays Recruitment is assisting a prominent Property Management Service Provider in their search for an experienced Residential Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have an outstanding track record of managing residential properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration of all developments, ensuring timely responses to client queries, and reviewing credit control issues. They will also be expected to liaise with various departments, including Operations, Accounts, and Senior Office Administration, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of residential properties, including responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of reports to clients and senior management.
  • Liaise with external parties, such as accountants and solicitors, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor property conditions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to implement new projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Possess a PSRA license or confirmed eligibility.
  • Degree-qualified with proven experience in property management, leadership, and customer service.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role, with strong expertise in office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
