Residential Lettings Professional

This is an office-based role with regular travel to properties, so access to a car is essential.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring a seamless letting process. Your key duties will include:

  • Conducting property viewings and liaising with homeowners and tenants
  • Negotiating lease terms and preparing tenancy agreements
  • Managing property listings and marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Maintaining accurate records and delivering top-tier customer service

This role requires a proactive, driven attitude with strong communication skills and a valid PRSA licence with at least 1 year of post-licensing experience.

About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to achieve outstanding results. You will need 2–3 years' experience in residential lettings or a similar property role.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
