Director of Patient Engagement Strategy

This role involves leading a team responsible for developing and implementing inclusive patient engagement strategies to accelerate clinical trials globally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To oversee daily operations and manage resources to deliver business requirements.
  • To recruit, develop and oversee a diverse team of individuals with various experiences.
  • To ensure effective collaboration across teams and functions.

As a strategic leader, you will provide direction to your team, ensuring processes are well-integrated within Clinical Design Delivery & Analytics (CDDA) functions. You will also drive continuous improvement by understanding patient and investigator experiences and influencing internal change to improve their experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific, analytical, financial or health-related field and 5-8 years of experience in clinical trials or drug development. Strong leadership skills, critical thinking and excellent communication skills are essential.
