Logistics Graduate Role

This position is part of a comprehensive graduate program that offers hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the transport operations team on a daily basis to deliver efficient services to internal and external customers.
  • Identify process improvements within daily operations to drive efficiency for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bring new ideas and perspectives using knowledge and experience from relevant studies.
  • Support the management and delivery of key strategic priority projects for the Logistics team, while leading own improvement projects from start to finish.
  • Integrate learnings between individual Logistics functions to drive improvements across the wider logistics function.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong academic record, with a minimum expected 2.2 honours degree.
  • A record of high achievement and delivery.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
