Brand Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to develop and execute annual brand plans in the Republic of Ireland. This role involves leveraging consumer insights and market research to drive growth and engagement with both consumers and customers.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a clear brand strategy that can be easily communicated to and acted upon by the wider business.
  • They will create and deliver strategic brand plans for defined brands, targeting key markets and demographics to achieve strategic gains and brand growth.
  • They will also plan resource deployment across markets and marketing channels to support set targets for those brands.
  • Additionally, they will work closely with Channel Marketing and Consumer & Category Insight teams to understand commercial performance and identify opportunities for revenue and profit growth.
  • They will manage the development and delivery of product/packaging and all brand materials.
  • Furthermore, they will ensure financial return meets or exceeds targets as agreed with BU leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A solid background in marketing is essential, with hands-on experience in commercial brand management.
  • Previous experience in the licensed trade or spirits industry is highly valued.
  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable using strategic marketing principles and consumer insights to shape brand positioning.
  • They should have a proven track record of creating cross-channel marketing plans that hit or exceed business goals.
