  1. Providing timely, expert advice to clients on employment law and HR-related matters

  3. Developing strong relationships with clients, offering bespoke documentation and guidance via phone, email, and video conferencing
  4. Staying current with updates in Irish employment law and HR best practices, applying this knowledge to all client interactions
  5. Participating in meetings and training sessions to continuously develop expertise
  6. Ensuring accurate recording and reporting of all client interactions and work outputs
