You will oversee delivery from project inception through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones. You will ensure robust quality systems are in place, and suitably managed in line with service excellence. You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of senior leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the project.

You will lead and manage consultant teams in a collaborative manner to ensure effective completion of responsibilities. You will lead the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities include managing end-to-end land acquisition processes, preparing consent documents, negotiating heads of terms, liaising with stakeholders, managing CPO compensation claims and experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the metro/rail sector, strong commercial and financial acumen, leadership and management experience of large teams and knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations.
