Job Position:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Production Operative. This dynamic role involves working on the production floor, where you will be an integral part of a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in a production setting
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for production output
  • Adhere to existing systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Accurately complete production documentation in line with Good Documentation Practices
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain high personal hygiene standards
  • Ensure a clean and organized work area aligns with company housekeeping standards
  • Support training efforts across different production roles
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations at all times
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by Management or Team Leaders
Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures and quality practices
  • Minimum of a Leaving Certificate qualification
Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
