Senior Unreal 3D Generalist

Little Moon Animation is a cutting-edge CG animation studio dedicated to creating compelling projects full of character and imaginative story.

We are at the forefront of using real-time pipelines and technology to produce premium quality animation for audiences worldwide. As a Senior Unreal 3D Generalist, you will play a key role in bringing our creative vision to life.

  • Work with supervisors to design and build experiences in Unreal
  • Model assets in Maya
  • Texture assets in Substance Painter
  • Design materials in Unreal
  • Light in Unreal
  • Create interaction and functionality using Unreal Blueprint system

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Unreal Engine and a strong creative eye.

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Experience with Unreal Engine
  • Experience with Maya
  • Be well-versed in various lighting techniques in Unreal
  • Good understanding of Unreal's visual/cinematic tools – sequencer, materials, blueprints etc.
  • Comfortable in a range of content creation software including Adobe Substance Painter, Zbrush etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player with great attitude, dependable and flexible
  • Takes direction well and exercises close attention to detail

The following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Scripting skills with Python
  • Experience with Houdini
  • Proficiency with skinning, rigging and animation
