Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist to support the expansion of our product suite in EEMEA. This role is focused on delivering high-quality customer implementation projects and providing exceptional technical support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting API/SFTP B2B technology solutions, preferably in fintech or SaaS. They will enjoy collaborating with customers, understanding their business needs, and adapting to changing requirements.

You will spend approximately 50% of your time working on customer implementation projects and the remaining time addressing technical queries from customers or internal teams. Excellent communication skills are essential for conveying complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

About the Role
  • Implement and support API/SFTP B2B technology solutions ideally in fintech or SaaS.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on all internal systems, support, and onboarding processes.

A European language proficiency is beneficial, but not mandatory. Experience with APIs, SQL, and regular expressions is also an asset.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and competing demands. You will contribute to developing and maintaining expertise on all internal systems, support, and onboarding processes.
