
Operations Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our team. This is a critical role in driving business transformation and ensuring the smooth operation of our processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing direct labour and materials usage, as well as collaborating with department heads to identify inefficiencies and implement processes to standardise working practices.

Main Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and manage direct labour and materials usage.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with department heads to identify inefficiencies and implement processes to standardise working practices.
- Implementation: Introduce and embed new systems, technologies, and performance metrics.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on key KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Team Management: Build and lead high-performing teams with a focus on accountability and innovation.
- Culture Development: Build a culture of agility, responsiveness, and data-driven decision-making.
About You:
- You have proven experience in an operations leadership role, ideally with a focus on transformation or change management.
- You have strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.
- You have experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You have a data-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
- You are comfortable challenging the status quo and driving innovation.
