We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to manage accounts payable operations.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise purchase orders where required and maintain accurate records of supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments and efficient cash flow management.
  • Liaise with various departments for invoice approvals and ensure smooth processing, minimizing delays and errors.
  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc payment runs, reconciling accounts on a regular basis to maintain accuracy and control.
  • Provide critical support during month-end close activities and assist with annual audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in accounts payable, preferably in construction, engineering or manufacturing industries, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and experience using ERP systems to efficiently manage financial data and processes.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
