Store Operations Manager
Are you a driven and ambitious professional looking to take on a challenging role in store operations? We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager who can drive business growth, improve efficiency, and maintain high standards of customer service.

**Job Description:**
As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores. This includes managing inventory, cost of goods control, labor costs, and maintaining daily, weekly, and period financial reports. You will also ensure accurate and consistent cash handling and register functions, as well as convey new product information to partners. Additionally, you will maintain store operations, contribute to financial performance, and develop partnerships.

- Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Contribute towards profitability through seeking opportunities to enhance sales.
2. Manage inventory, cost of goods control as well as labor costs.
3. Maintain daily, weekly as well as period financial reports.
4. Ensure entire cash handling and register function performed accurately and consistently.
5. Convey new product information and details to partners.
6. Maintain store operations, financial contribution and partner development final accountability.
7. Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
8. Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
9. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
10. Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve partner performance.
11. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
