Leadership Role in International Operations

Gilead is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the commercialization, manufacturing, and testing of our products for international markets. As the Vice President, Ireland Manufacturing Operations, you will provide strategic direction to our team and drive business growth through effective leadership and decision-making.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute operational plans, ensuring seamless execution and delivering results-driven outcomes.

In this position, you will be responsible for advancing Gilead's commercial product portfolio for international markets. You will lead the development of medium- and long-term strategic plans, and ensure the successful execution of operational plans. Additionally, you will be accountable for fulfilling legal and fiscal responsibilities as a company director for GSIUC.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ICH guidelines and GMP requirements for development and manufacturing of biologics. They will also possess exceptional interaction, leadership, and command skills, with the ability to build and maintain a site culture consistent with the company values.

  • Provide strategic direction to the Ireland Manufacturing Operations organization;
  • Lead the development of medium- and long-term strategic plans and execute operational plans;
  • Hire, mentor, and develop team members within the organization;
  • Build and maintain a site culture consistent with the company values;
  • Develop and manage department budget and ensure company accounts comply with statutory accounting practices;
  • Fulfill legal and fiscal responsibilities as a company director for GSIUC;
  • Advance commercial product portfolio by providing overall CMC oversight, direction, and decision-making;
