Job Summary
NetApp is seeking a skilled Regional Director HRBP for EMEA Product. Reporting to the Senior Director HRBP EMEA, you will oversee EMEA product areas in Ireland, Iceland, and Israel, shaping the global Product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Understand Product team operations and challenges, offering strategic HR guidance.
Build strong partnerships with senior leaders, advising on HR matters inclusively.

Collaborate on HR strategies aligning local needs with global frameworks.

Foster a high-performance work culture to drive engagement and productivity.

Influence talent decisions through workforce planning and org design.

Use HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and lead change initiatives.

Work with HR CoE leaders to develop coordinated talent strategies.

Mentor and develop HR Business Partners and team for a high-performance culture.

Key Requirements
15+ years of HR experience with leadership.
Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams preferred.
Manage multiple country areas and travel regularly.
Deep experience in large-scale change and strategic HR initiatives.
Strong communication, change management, and business acumen skills.
Ability to inspire and influence company-wide transformation through HR initiatives.
Experience working in Ireland and Israel is a key requirement.
