The Executive Edge is seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Director to spearhead our sales strategy in the FMCG sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Benchmarking and evaluating current market trends
  • Developing business development plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth
  • Leading and inspiring teams to ensure their success and continuously grow sales
  • Resolving any customer issues in a quick and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with 3+ years of experience in a similar sales-based role within the food industry. A strong track record of driving business development, coupled with excellent organisational, planning, time management, project management & negotiation skills, is essential. Strong numerical ability, excellent communication and listening skills, and the ability to lead and influence at all levels are also required.
