Job Title: Client Service Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Client Service Advisor. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide assistance to clients across a range of Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, Cyber Liability, and other financial lines products
  • Vetting Insurance: Review insurance policies and supporting documentation against defined requirements/standards on behalf of partners
  • Claims Support: Assist the designated claims team in handling insurance claims
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues through delivery of a leading market service
  • Account Management: Secure and retain clients by providing excellent service and ensuring strict compliance and adherence to broking standards
Requirements
  • Experience: Ideally 2-3 years of relevant insurance broking experience
  • Qualifications: Comply with minimum competency requirements laid down by the Central Bank, including CIP qualification (minimum) and progress to ACII (desirable)
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills, ability to work to strict deadlines, communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues, and proficient in Microsoft platforms
