As a visionary leader in environmental sustainability, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our forward-thinking firm. We are seeking an experienced sustainability professional to spearhead the development and implementation of our cutting-edge sustainability strategy.

At the forefront of driving sustainable practices across a wide range of prestigious projects, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide insight and guidance on best practices, ensuring that sustainability principles are integrated into all aspects of project design and delivery.

You will oversee sustainability assessments, energy modeling, and carbon reduction strategies, ensuring the highest standards of environmental performance while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within our team.

As the leader of our sustainability function, you will mentor and manage a team of engineers and consultants, promoting professional growth and excellence while representing our firm at industry events and showcasing its commitment to creating sustainable solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sustainability, with 3+ years in a senior leadership or managerial role
  • Proven track record of managing sustainability strategies within design or consultancy sectors
  • Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks and certifications
  • Expertise in energy modeling, carbon footprint assessments, and life cycle analysis
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven ability to lead sustainability innovation and change management
