Cultural Community Ambassador

This role involves investigating and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment, enforcing community standards, and staying informed about our client's products and services. You will work collaboratively to identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements, while also gathering and analyzing relevant data to enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve reported issues via our ticketing system.
- Enforce community standards by monitoring and addressing potentially abusive content.
- Stay informed about our client's products and community standards through regular training and updates.
- Use your knowledge to identify scalable solutions for our user community.
- Gather and analyze relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
- Fluency in Hausa with an understanding of regional culture and trends.
- Proficiency in English (B2-C2).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
- Adaptability, resilience, and decision-making skills are essential.
- Full-time, permanent contract.
