We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Operations Manager to support the Director of Spa and Wellness in the operational running of our spa and salon experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring that each team member delivers a 5-star experience to every guest.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Lead the hiring process for new employees, selecting individuals with the necessary skills and qualifications to meet the needs of the business.
