Job Description
This role requires a highly skilled and compassionate nurse with a strong focus on providing exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of care to residents, assisting in the day-to-day management and operations of the home, and representing the nursing home in a professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year's post-qualification experience in Ireland
- Post-registration management qualification in health or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of HIQA standards
- Registration with NMBI or entitlement to be so registered
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities
