Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality of our software development process.
- This role involves guiding and supporting QA team members, ensuring daily activities align with project objectives, and assisting in onboarding new team members.
- The successful candidate will also act as a liaison between the QA team and cross-functional Scrum teams, prioritize and assign tasks within sprint timelines, and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
Key responsibilities include developing, reviewing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts, as well as performing hands-on manual or automated testing (functional, regression, integration, and UAT).
To succeed in this position, you should have strong leadership experience, preferably leading small to medium-sized teams, with 10+ years of overall experience and a background in hands-on testing and Agile/Scrum environments.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
