Leading Quality Assurance Specialist

The successful candidate will provide quality engineering support and direction in quality assurance, control and preventative activities within operations. They will focus on preventative measures and continuous improvement of products and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with operations to ensure quality performance of product and processes.
- Oversight and approval of Non-Conformances & Corrective Actions.
- Lead and participate in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Analysis and review of concession requests.
- Review and approval of change management activities.
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators for monitoring process quality.
- Support execution and analysis of Quality Assurance Teams.
- Advocate of Human Factor practices.
- Proficient in risk management practices and tools.
- Develop and provide input for risk management.
- Proficiency in inspection methods and sampling.
- Support First Article Inspections.
- Participate and interface in internal & external audits.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess a high level of expertise in process risk management and statistical methods.
